Baby Albino Eelephant Who Was Trapped In Snare For Days Is So Happy To Finally Be Safe
A helpless baby elephant was rescued after she was caught in a snare for reportedly four days. The poor little creature was found tangled not far away from the Kruger National Park, South Africa. Sadly, the trap left deep wounds on the elephant calf’s face and ears, but according to her rescuers she’ll make a full recovery.
Photos of the rescued elephant show just how happy she is as she's finally safe. And despite all she had to be through, Khanyisa proved she's such a brave spirit. "Khanyisa is an exceptionally strong and brave little elephant," Sue Howells said. " She is incredibly resilient. Her sweet, fragile and thoughtful personality shines through her toughness, despite everything that she has endured."
