Couple Rescues Giant Sea Turtle Stuck Between Rocks

Green sea turtles are one of the coolest ocean-dwelling species. Growing to over 350 pounds in adulthood, they are also one of the biggest. It makes them quite hard to move around — something that one couple in Oman found out recently when they were trying to rescue one.

The sea turtle had gotten itself trapped between a few large rocks on the beach and was unable to move when the girl and her boyfriend happened to pass by.They were walking along the shore when they saw the stuck sea turtle, and immediately, they knew they had to help. If they didn't do something, it was clear that the turtle would not make it.
