Depressed Pit Bull Filmed "Crying" At Shelter After Being Used For Breeding Then Dumped (Pictures & Video)

It is one of most horrible thing watching crying animals. A heartbreaking video of a pit bull crying after she was dropped at the shelter went viral. But those tears soon became tears of joy when a loving family adopted the sad pup. And life for this rescued dog looks totally different now. Sadly, animal neglect and cruelty takes place all around the world every day, and thousands are dumped at shelters waiting for someone to give them the second chance they deserve in life.

The Shelton family already had another pit bull — a 3-year-old male named Blu — and they weren't initially certain how Rosie and Blu would react to each other. "I had no intention of introducing them for the first couple of days," Shelton said. "I just wanted her to get used to the home and get used to going for walks outside. So we actually brought her into our bedroom with her crate filled with blankets." But Rosie had other plans — she whined at the bedroom door. "I realized that our male dog was on the other side of the door, and he was doing the same thing," Shelton said. "So I had the kids put her on a leash, and I got Blu on a leash and we just had them walk outside and meet. It was interesting because you never know how it's going to go, but they just kind of sat next to each other with tails wagging."
