Security Camera Catches Cute Raccoon's Sweet Reaction To Seeing Falling Snow

Every day, security cameras capture all kind of events, from curious animals to intimate celebrations that take place when we think no one is watching. Now, a security cam in Everett, Washington, got footage of a wholesome winter scene. On a night in mid-December, a critter entered Timothy Ellis‘ yard. As the snow fell, the puzzled raccoon tried a handful of times to catch the snowflakes sprinkling all around him.

The sweet scene emerged online a few days ago, uploaded by YouTuber Timothy Ellis. The security camera he put it on to his house's deck captured more than he ever thought. It started pawing at the sky," Timothy told The Dodo. "When I realized he was actually chasing snowflakes, my main thought was that I definitely needed to save this video, because I knew other people would enjoy seeing it. It's definitely not something you see every day."
