In order to help open his lungs, Kaitlyn started licking the tiny cub as he struggled to gasp for air. Her licking stimulated the baby to start breathing on his own. Even after a couple of unsuccessful tries, she didn't give up. Luckily, some few seconds later, the bundle of joy started breathing properly. Despite the rocky starts, everything turned out for the best for this new mother and her little ones.
